Equipped with an ultra-efficient all-in-one motor control unit paired with a finely tuned 5.3hp 12V motor, the Bushranger COVERT winch is the first Australian designed 4X4 winch without an externally mounted control box. Designed from the ground up utilising top-tier components and backed by a rigorous Australian testing protocol, the COVERT winch demonstrates proven reliability and longevity.  The compact, synergistic design provides the fast line speeds and rugged durability you demand from a vehicle recovery winch and provides a more versatile, unobtrusive COVERT fitment.
 

FEATURES:

• Built in Motor Control Unit. The synergistic design features a direct connection bespoke Albright contactor that creates greater motor efficiency and removes the need for a conventional control box.
• Zero Drag Braking System. The gearbox mounted brake provides 100% load holding and the capacity for powered unspooling, under no load, without any damage to the winch.
• 4 stage Gearbox. Hardened steel gearsets have been designed for maximum strength, load distribution and durability.
• Tuned 5.3P 12V Motor. Purpose built series-wound motor drives the 4 stage gearbox to achieve faster line speeds at lower current draws.
• Covert design, stylistic and discrete aesthetic allows an unobstruive fitment into a broad range of 4x4 vehicles for a hidden apperance.
• Quick and easy to fit. With mulitple mounting options, the versatile COVERT winch is prewired and has preset clutch positioning to suit most bull bars.
• Robust construction, the lightweight aluminium alloy housings are structurally designed and finished with a durable pretreated and stain black powder cost
• Dual connection remote Compact, water resistant IP66 rated hand controller. Wireless - 30m range Wired - 5m Lead. Kit includes a main power isolation switch.
