Where do I mount my ARB Compressor?

Mounting a compressor in modern day vehicles has become more and more of a challenge as engine bays in modern vehicles have limited room for the installation of aftermarket accessories. To combat this, ARB has introduced a high quality, engineered
bracket system to integrate your ARB compressor into your vehicle. The Jeep Wrangler JL Compressor Bracket allows you to install a CKMTA (twin), CKMA (single) or CKSA (locker only) compressor with optional Air Locker Solenoids, Quick Connect Coupling, Switch, Manifold kit (CKMTA only) and ARB LINX PRV (pressure regulator valve) under either the left or right front seat, regardless of whether the vehicle is a LHD or RHD model. An additional bracket is included for fitment of the 4L ARB Air Tank to the underside of the vehicle (not suitable for the 2.0L e-torque engine). The under seat location was chosen as it provided enough space to cater for a twin compressor and doesn't interfere or consume cargo loading space. Not enough space existed for the air tank to be mounted inside the vehicle, so an under vehicle position was chosen.

Fitting:

The Toyota Landcruiser 70 Series Compressor bracket includes a comprehensive Installation guide showing detailed instructions on fitting the CKMTA (twin) ARB Compressor with 4L Air Tank and Air Locker Manifold kit with switch and Quick Connect Coupling to the bracket and correct installation of the bracket to the vehicle.
This configuration requires the largest amount of space and is the most detailed in fitment requirements. CKMA (single) and CKSA (locker only) can also be fitted to this bracket using the same instructions as they require less space for fitment.
Fitting times will vary depending if you are fitting an air tank. The front seat will need to be removed for this fitment. Removing and refitting the seat, fitting the compressor to the bracket, wiring the compressor and fitting the bracket to the vehicle will take 2.5 hours. If fitting an air tank and air tank bracket please allow 1 extra hour.
