SUMMIT BULLBARDesign and Development: With the arrival of the Rogue Toyota Hilux in early 2018 and the facelift SR and SR5 Hilux in August 2018, ARB's engineers have designed and developed a new Summit Bar to suit. Whilst the vehicle is visually similar to the 2015 on model, the front of the vehicle has received new bumper, grill and original equipment LED fog lights (halogen on SR). There are minimal carry over items from the previous Hilux Summit bar. Whilst inner and outer chassis mount brackets and some of the trim pieces (buffers and 3 piece grill) are retained, the new Summit Bar has required: \tNew chassis mount assembly brackets\tnew wings,\tnew upper and lower pans,\tnew cover straps and uprights,\tnew outer frames,\tnew under panels The ARB Summit bar features the latest styling from ARB including press form cover straps, larger ARB fog light and surround, three piece split pan grill with access doorfor winch clutch operation and a recessed winch control box mount for a sleek, integrated appearance. Outer frames of the Summit Bar have been kept in the same location as the 3414560 Summit Bar so existing Summit Step (PN 4414620) and Rail (PN 4414630) are carry over items. Protection and Styling Characteristics: \tVehicle specific design for the Toyota Hilux Rogue and SR / SR5 from August 2018 (May 2015 build).\tRegistered design of styling and design components.\tDurable steel construction for maximum protection.\tIncorporates ARB's renowned multi fold upswept and tapered wing design for optimum strength and approach angle.\t30mm radius on wings and centre section.\tEngineered, air bag compatible mounting system secures to the chassis via high tensile bolts.\tSplit pan design for maximum strength and airflow.\t2 piece grill design for split pan.\tExtensive protection panels on centre and either side.\tPressed form top pan and aluminium (powder coated black) winch cover panel.\tTwin ARB Jack or Hi-Lift jack points located beneath each buffer for optimum strength.\tDurable two piece buffers.\tIncludes ARB LED Indicator and Clearance light.\tTwo aerial brackets located on the top of the centre tube.\tWill accommodate Warn, Magnum, Bushranger, Smittybilt low mount model electric winches up to 10,000lb.\tProvision to accommodate ARB Intensity LED's and a range of Bushranger lights.\tProvision for OE Fog Lights. Refer fog light section below for additional parts required.\tProvision for optional ARB Fog light covers part no 3500680.\tProvision for Optional Summit Roller Fairlead Cover part no 3500850.\tBar adds approximately 198mm to the overall length of the vehicle.\tApproximate weight of the bar, chassis mounts and fitting kit is 85kg. Approximately 13kg is removed from the vehicle for fitment of the bar.\tZinc rich primer for additional corrosion resistance.\tFinished in satin black powder coat with the option to colour code to vehicle colour.
